Dear Ms. Tere Barrett
Mr. Kel Norman would like to renovate an existing groin on his property at 1205
Shackleford Street, Morehead City. The groin now consist of several creosote piling,
rocks, rats, brick and unsightly construction debris
Mr. Norman would like to remove the perimeter portion of this groin and install a
prestressed concrete bulkhead, per the enclosed application.
Both adjacent property owners have been notified and have no objection. I will
forward the certified mail receipts under separate cover.
