This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

This letter is in reference to your CAMA General Permit that was issued on June
15, 2000. This permit authorized the construction and/or placement of a boat
ramp and two courtesy piers along the shoreline of property located on Small
Drive, Newbegun Lands Subdivision within the waters of the Pasquotank River in
Pasquotank County.
On September 21, 2000, a site visit was conducted to determine and confirm that
your project was completed in accordance with the Specific Conditions
concerning boat ramps and pier structures as referenced in Subchapter T15A,
Sections 7H .1200 and 7H .1300 of the North Carolina Administrative Code and
the Coastal Area Management Act. During this inspection, it became apparent
that you have not completed all the work proposed and previously authorized
under the above referenced General Permit. As a courtesy, I wish to remind you
that CAMA Permit 25390A expired on September 12, 2000. Since the remaining
work falls within the permit jurisdictional areas defined as Estuarine Waters
and/or Public Trust Area, as described in Subchapter 7H .0206 and .0207
respectively, of the North Carolina Administrative Code, a permit will be required
from this Division prior to the completion of this project as originally approved in
CAMA General Permit 25390A.
