This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

I have a customer at 3115 Sunset Drive that would like to rebuild their pier that was damaged in
the hurricane. In order to get the required CAMA permit, I need for the Town of Morehead City
to sign the attached form as an adjacent riparian property owner.
I have attached site plans that should prove helpful. The pier is to rebuilt as it was prior to the
storm. Once I have your signature, I will proceed with the CAMA permit and then to your
building inspections department for a permit.
I am scheduled to meet with CAMA on April 4 and I would be most grateful if I could have thi$.
form signed by that date. Please call me at 726 7641 when I can pick this form up, or, if you have
any questions. I appreciate your help in this matter.
