may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

SUBJECT: Site Inspection of 629 Country Club Drive
Pamlico County
Dear Ms. McManus:
On September 7, 2000, a follow-up site inspection was conducted at your property that is
located adjacent to the Neuse River at 629 Country Club Drive in the Minnesott Beach
Community of Pamlico County. The purpose of this visit was to determine whether or
not the stone revetment placed along the shoreline was done in accordance with permit
guidelines.
It was determined that the stone had been placed pursuant to the CAMA and Dredge &
Fill General Permit No. 26158-C issued to you on July 7, 2000. A copy of the permit and
the rules associated with such development (15NCAC 07H.1100 General Permit for
Construction of Bulkheads and the Placement of Riprap for Shoreline protection in
Estuarine and Public Trust Waters) are attached for your review.
