througJlt the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournamcnt_ Scope of work is as follows:
L. Relocate two existing pilings and install three new pilings to the first boat slip adjacent to the east
alley, 400 block of Evans St.
2. Move existing weigh station froth the end of S. G" St. to the prcviou5ly mentioned slip.
3. All work will be located on City right of way / riparian area.
