Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of- ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi- fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no objections to the proposed work. In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program. LOCKERMAN, being first duly sworn, now deposes and says as follows: That he currently is the record title owner of lands located along the northernmost edge, the westernmost edge and the southernmost edge of that tract or parcel of lard now titled in the name of Gloria F. Lockerman. Gloria F. Lockerman being the daughter of Raymond L. Flake, late of Sampson County, North Carolina. That Gloria F. Lockern�an has related the necessity of removing an accumulation of sand in the entrance channel to a small [60 ft. x 60 ft.] boat basin located on her property. That the undersigned is fully aware of the need for this maintenance work and has no objection, to removal of the sand of other debris from the entrance charnel so as to restore that charnel to the same condition allowed under the previously issued maintenance permit.
