This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that

I first want to apologize for the delay in responding to your reouest regarding your
proposals of improvement to your property at Mulberry Hi11. '_1�iy brother and I have
recently been given the responsibility of managing this property and we are lust now
"soru* things out„
At this time we are against your proposal to stabilize the rernatnaer of the
shoreime. We hold these reservations only until we are able to determine the effect that
this will have on the erosion of my mother's tot.
Please let me know now to contact the contractor that you nave in mind to do this
worx. I would like to get his. as well as some other opinions about this o_uesdon and be
asnutd that there will be no harm done to the adjacent property.
We want to assure you that we will be as cooperative as possible and will look
