This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing
and attached general and specific conditions. Any violation of these terms
may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and
may cause the permit to become null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit of-
ficer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certi-
fies by signing this permit that 1) this project is consistent with the local
land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has
been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they
have no objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that this project
is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Good morning. I hope you and your family are doing gcod and all is well with you. Finally, i think we can proceed
as we discussed. Attached are the signed letters f cry our neighbors whose property adjoins mine at Fisher Point I
am looking forward to getting the rocks and associated erosion proofing materials put in place so that more
protection can be provided for the live oat: tree. Please note on Bill Advent's signed letter that �e does not want any
of the rocks on his property. So, care will have to tie taken to prevent this. Perhaps at that point the rocks could
extend further out onto tie beach to form a small bulkhead. ! would like to know your thoughts on this. By the way,
there is a steel property marker at the tree site ftt shows the property line for Sill'a lot.
! do not know what your schedule is, but I was wondering if it would be possible for me to be there when you do the
work. I enjoy seeing this as I don't often have the opportunity. Would your schedule allow for the work to be don's
on a Thursday or Friday while I am at Adams Creek? I will be there on May 18 thru May 21 and will be coming back
in two-weeK Intervals. Please let me know if this is possible.
