Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . I have had a chance to look at your situation and it appears that GP .2000 may be available for your use. This allows for reconfiguration and minor modifications of existing structures. If all you want to do is add two boatlifts in the two inside slips, it appears that this GP would apply. You would need to have statements of no objections from both adjacent riparian property owners, a waiver from the neighbor to the east if the lifts would be within 15' of the riparian property line, and a check for $200.00. We also need your name, mailing address, physical address, size of the lifts (10' X 11' or whatever) and location where in the slip they would be installed. The GP would be good for 90 days to complete. You can either drop off this information or mail it to either Ryan Davenport or me. I hope this helps.
