I accept your proposal, and as requested, I have enclosed my check made payable to Blue Water Marine Construction, Inc. in the amount of $5,109.22. This represents the cost of materials as outlined in your proposal. Please stay in touch as you begin the work, and I would appreciate receiving any advice that you might have for backfilling the seawall. I also enclose an Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement executed by Willis Smith and Lee Smith, owners of the vacant lot immediately to the east of our cottage.
