This material has been in place for a number of years; through the years, some of the "rocks" have disappeared, resulting in an unprotected portion of the bulkhead. I would like permission to place one piling at the point of the weakness, and to fill in with rip rap at places where "rock" has disappeared. I have contracted with D.A. Ballou to provide the work, and he has agreed that this would be a reasonable intervention. He initially installed the bulkhead in the area in question, and is confident that the requested solution would be sufficient to provide necessary protection. I have included a drawing of the area, along with the signatures of my adjoining neighbors, indicating their approval. I appreciate your help. Please contact me with any questions.
