From: Tommy Lee Ryan, My adjacent neighbor to the north, the Issac Williams', and I want to construct a bulkhead on our properties to abate the constant erosion of our property and reclaim what we can within CAMA regulations. In addition, on my property at l l 3 Cedar Lane, I desire to construct a pier/dock, boat lift, boat ramp, and install a 48" +/- pet fence around my yard. I will demolish. the existing pier/dock and abandon the existing boat ramp. My desire is to reduce the amount of storm water run-oifreaching the White Oak where possible.
