Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certifythatthis project is consistentwith the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

My adjacent neighbor to the north, the Issac Williams', and I want to construct a
bulkhead on our properties to abate the constant erosion of our property and reclaim
what we can within CAMA regulations.
In addition, on my property at l l 3 Cedar Lane, I desire to construct a pier/dock, boat
lift, boat ramp, and install a 48" +/- pet fence around my yard. I will demolish. the
existing pier/dock and abandon the existing boat ramp. My desire is to reduce the
amount of storm water run-oifreaching the White Oak where possible. Your input
into how to accomplish this is welcomed.
Attached are the approvals from the adj acent property owners. Please call me at my
direct number above or on my mobile 252.521.0055 if you need to discuss this
further. If you can tell me what the fees are, I can send today or deliver tomorrow a
check.
I live in Kinston, but I plan to go down tomorrow afternoon to check on the
construction of an addition to the house.
