Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certifythat this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

This letter is my request for your approval for a permit to install a floating;`WpAg@g City DCM
on the White Oak River at 162 White Oak Bluff Rd, Stella, NC. I am including Adjacent
Riparian Property Owner Statement's (for a pier/mooring pilings/boatlifl/boathouse) from
both of my neighbors, a drawing of the proposed dock and it's location and dimensions in
relation to the shoreline and property lines, a GIS Map of my property and adjacent
properties from the Carteret County web site, and a schematic of the proposed dock
including recommended location of pilings.
The proposed floating, drive -on dock extends approximately 42-feet, nine -inches from
the shoreline, and approximately thirty-five feet from the eastern property line and one -
hundred ninty-five feet from the western property line. There will be four wooden
pilings securing the drive -on portion of the dock, and two plastic -covered three-inch
metal pilings securing the walk-on portion of the dock. The total square footage of the
drive -on and walk-on portions of the dock are approximately 428.7 square feet. The dock
is constructed of high molecular weight polyethylene cubes that are fastened together
with st ' ess steel fasteners. The dock is manufactured by VersaDock Inc.
