This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

on pW 2 as per our ;phone conversation and John McLean% last month.
The bast channel is 19 wide 2W long and needs I` dredged. t 934 cu yds.
before dredging
Ile water is 12" average at low tide & It is 28" average at high tide
After dredging
It will be 24" average at low tide & 40" average at high tide
The dredging will take place after 1 September to allow the shrimp salon to finish. The
dtudged material will be dried and placed on various lots within our sub -division.

To whore it may concem;
I, Colon Wetherington having lived here most of my life remember that, during the
Fifties or Sixties a canal (referred to as a Cutback which is protected from high winds
and heavy water) was cut and dredged at the place that is referred to as "Windy Point",
this canal was dredged out from the "Point" into the White Oak River's deep water to
allow for navigation by Deeper Drafted Beats.
For many years I ran a twenty-two foot inboard cruiser into and out of the canal and I had
no trouble passing through it during "low tide".
