This permit is subject to compliance with this application, s
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. A
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fi
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to t—
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that
this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.

Dear Mr. Hollows;
This is in response to your request, on the behalf of Mr. and
Mrs. Basil Garrett, Jr., to change the address of the property the
Garretts purchased (106 Lodge Drive) to an Abner Nash Avenue
address. I would like to make you aware that the piece of property
in question i_s currently listed on fire and rescue personnel maps
and records, as well, as being listed as 106 Lodge Drive in Craven
County's Emergency 911 computer system (that is used in conjunction
with fire and rescue maps). However, Mayor Price instructed rie on
todays date to grant the Garretts request. Thus, I have assigned
this property the address of 301 Abner clash Avenue. I also
notified the Craven County Emergency 911 personnel of this change.
