A number of years ago, we went through a similar request from our neighbors on the North side. He enclosed a graphic proposal (hand drawn) so that 1 might evaluate whatever, if any, impact this might have on my property. 1 would appreciate your sending me some sort of drawing and written explanation of what you are proposing. Being an absentee owner, I'm sure you can understand my caution in order to protect the value of my property. 1 will expidite my response upon receipt of the aforementioned discriptive material. I am sorry I was not readily accessible to you, but I am wintering in Florida and there was a delay in receiving your correspondence, as it was routed to my home in New York.
