The project proved more difficult than we imagined with the shore, and we were unable to get the pier or the fence done at that time. We would like io do Chat now & need a new permit for the same thing, which again requires your signature. As I said on the phone message I left, I signed a similiar Carteret Co. permit giving no objection for Ted Cihos to put up a 16' x 24` foot dock on your property. Ted has partially put up a fence between our properties & I would like to see that it gets completed. I have had some more erosion on the east side of our property on Whitehurst Creek and would like to put an additional 20 or 30 feet of rock to the north, which would in no way affect your property. I also would like to put a fence on our north property line and across the Stewart Drive side to enclose the property. It would be a post and wire fence much like Bobbitt and in keeping with what Ted has started putting around your property. The pier would be basically the same design as we wanted to do before (160' with a tee at the end), but I would put it about 20-30 feet farther to the east away from your property. Could you please sign this letter and send it in the enclosed envelope addressed to Charles Pigott?
