The total cu yds to be removed is 600. This will consist of redreging a 400ft X 20ft wide channel to a depth of 4ft from the boat launching ramp to the end of the peninsula removing about 500cu yds of material. An area of 30ft X 30ft X aft (100cu yds) will need to be dug out on the west side at the end of the peninsula so that the barge can off load. Detailed drawings are provided as attachments. This form allows the adjacent riparian landowner to express either: (1) That he objects to the project; or, (2) That he does not object and desires to waive his right to the 30-day period so that the processing of the application can progress more rapidly. Of course, the adjacent riparian landowner need not sign this form at all if he so chooses. I have no objection to the project as presently proposed and hereby waive that right of objection as provided in General Statute 113-229.
