This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site

drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
applicant's signature
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be
come null and void.
This permit must'be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer's signature

The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local issuing date

ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no

Attached is General Permit #C-19627 to construct a 20'x6' pier at 103 Hickory Court,
in the Town of Pine Knoll Shores.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the
white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.
