Dear Mr. Mayo:
I am trying to get a permit under the Coastal Area Management Act to install a boat lift
and boat ramp at my property at 214 Wackena Way in Merrimon Township, Beaufort, North
Carolina (the property is also denoted as Lots 33 and 34 in Indian Summer Estates). Part of the
permitting process requires adjacent property ova: ers to sign a n ,arian property owner statement,
and to return that statement to me. As the property owner of Lot 32, I need you to sign the
statement. To date, I have mailed three letters to you concerning this request, and have not heard
back from you in any of the events.
Enclosed is with this fourth letter is another copy of the property owner statement, and a
self-addressed stamped envelope. If I do not hear from you within 10 days, I will proceed with
the permitting effort.
