This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site r
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, r�/< '
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be- applicant's signature

This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer's signature
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work. attachments _
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that
this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal application fee
Management Program.

Proposed changes to Property and Piers at Pungo Creek Marina:
1) East Pier
a) Remove and rebuild as necessary. Current
dimensions are approximately 128 feet long and 7
feet wide. ( old pier has 16 piles per side
approximately 8 feet apart lengthwise and 7 feet
wide)
b) Use piles (marked blue) from west pier to build
east pier. There are 24 piles to be used from
west (8 additional 25 foot piles will be needed)
2) West Pier
a) Relevel first 168 feet (yellow). Add cross braces
to pilings at all piles across the width of the
pier. Add cross braces every third set of piles
alternating sides along the length of pier.
Repair any broken stringers etc as necessary.
b) Replace missing finger piers at the
following places along the east
side of the west pier:
1/2; 5/6; 15/16; 19/20; 23/24; and 25/26. (pink)
(The first finger pier and pile are missing)
c) Add 4 pilings at the end of the T one foot from
pier. (Green)
d) Add approximately 18 or 20 piles to the existing
outboard piles on the west end of pier starting
at the outboard end of the pier. (orange)
