Attached is General Permit #018557-C authorizing the extension of your dock at Windmill
Pt., on Greens's Creek, near Oriental, in Pamlico County. The dock extension measures 6' wide
and is 100' in length. Three mooring pilings are also authorized adjacent the upstream side of the
dock as shown on the permit. Please note that the alignment of the pier extension is towards the
middle of the bulkhead located on the point on the other side of the creek. Please emphasis the
distance and alignment to your contractor to avoid any misunderstanding.
In order to validate this permit, please sign the original along with the carbon copies where
indicated. Retain the original white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed
carbon copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed envelope.
