Looks like there was another problem with a complete Reissue referencing the wrong
permit.
The first was GP-41794 (see my last note to you).
I will be in a staff meeting here w/ Charles and Raleigh DCM'ers starting at 1:30
today. I did a quick check and it LOOKS like GP-41794 is a complete Reissue of
permit 39630 and NOT 39820. If this is the case, I will nuke out all the wrong data
that copied info from the wrong permit (39820) and make it reference, instead, copy
the correct info from permit 39630. That little Quick Reissue button can be a
killer sometimes since it blindly copies over 98/99% of the info from whatever was
selected as its source permit to Reissue from. And, unlike actually stepping through
the Reissue pages, for a Quick Reissue you don't have as much visual feedback to
look at to make sure it is the right person/place/activities, etc. (you pretty much
get that info on the Search page after you select the permit to Reissue by scrolling
through the text at the bottom if you are going to do the Quick Reissue -- gives you
insty feedback that you've got the right dude to Reissue for).
The second one I just discovered is GP-41955. Again, references the wrong permit to
Reissue (41706) -- should be referencing GPC33104: ALSO, I notice on GP-41955 (the
Reissue) that there may be some changes to the activities. Are there TWO boathouses
at 13 x 13 (the initial permit had only one in it)? Also it looks like the
dimensions changed for the Pier(dock) -- the original had 187 x 5.... the xerox you
sent me is a bit light but it looks like 6 x: 2,7. . Do the dimension change on both
these????
Let me know the real story and I will do behind the scenes cleanup..
