The existing ramp is not sufficient in length to allow gradual, solid access to the water. This action has been recommended and ap roved by active members of Herring Subdivision who will utilize the community access boat ramp. Request is made of adjoining property owners to make improvements as allowed by the EPA. The following is the initial proposal, which may need modification based on recommendations by the EPA. No -Remove dirt, debris, and original concrete and level the existing slope. *Pour new concrete ramp and extend (with EPA approval) the ramp to a total length of 45' up the sloop. ►This removal, replacement and extension of the concrete will not disturb the marsh grass. It will only involve moving dirt and grass at the beginning of the sloop Agreed by adjoining property owners: William //Langley, Jr. - hn E.
