This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. Reynolds:
The Division of Coastal Management hereby acknowledges receipt of an application
for state permits to fill wetlands within the Estuarine Shoreline Area of Environmental
Concern on Edgewater Drive, Lot 143 of the Camden Point Shores Subdivision in Camden
County. I have reviewed the application and have found that several items need to be
addressed prior to accepting the application as complete.
1) Plat and Drawings
a) Submit an accurate plat including the following information:
1) Show the 404 wetlands on the plat after having those wetlands
delineated by a representative of the Corp of Engineers.
2) Form MP-2
The table provided must be completed showing the approximate length and width
of the area to be filled.
4.a.(7) State the amount of fill to be placed in cubic yards.
a_ 4.b. The application and plat must show the dimensions of the area to be filled.
Dimensions must include the depth of the proposed fill to determine the total
s F amount (volume) of fill to be placed in wetlands.
4.e. Show man-made features on tract.
5.c. Explain what steps will be taken to lessen impacts while filling is carried out.

necessary changes. Once I have received the additional information, you will be notified of
acceptance of your application as complete, or if further clarification of your request is
