We are planning to build a dock in the center of our waterfront property, which is adjacent to yours in
Godfrey Creek Estates near Havelock, NC. The state requires notification of adjacent property owners
allowing for comment to the Division of Coastal Management. The proposed structure will be 80 feet long
and 6 feet wide with a small deck at the end. I have included a drawing of our proposed dock.
