Spoke With Mr. John Brouthers by phone [phone]) earlier today regarding Mr. Gilbert's
rip rap installation. Mr. Gilbert had not received the signed statement from Mr. Brouthers (the
adjacent riparian property owner) as of the date of this MEMO. Mr. Brouthers confirmed that he
had signed the statement and had no objections to the project or the permit issuance. He had
mailed the statement back to Mr. Gilbert earlier in the week but it appeared to be lost in the mail.
