Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be- come null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. This permit authorized the construction and/or placement of a bulkhead along the shoreline of property located at 120 Water Street, Edenton within the waters of the Albemarle Sound in Chowan County. On September 24, 1999 a site visit was conducted at this site to determine and confirm that vour project was completed in accordance with the Specific Conditions concerning bulkhead shoreline stabilization structures as referenced in Subchapter 7H .1100 of the North Carolina Administrative Code and the Coastal Area Management Act. During this inspection, it became apparent that you have not completed the work proposed and previously authorized under the above referenced General Permit. As a courtesy, I wish to remind you that CAMA Permit 021910A expired on September 19, 1999. Since the remaining work falls within the permit jurisdictional areas defined as Estuarine Waters and/or Public Trust Area, as described in Subchapter 7H .0206 and .0207 respectively, of the North Carolina Administrative Code, a permit will be required from this Division prior to the completion of this project as originally approved in CAMA.
