Attached is General Permit #C-23227 to construct a 52 ft. X 6 ft. pier, a 30 ft. X 12 ft "L", a 12 ft X
13 ft boatlift, and to install two tie poles on your property located at 410 Point of View Drive, Bell Point
Subdivision, near the community of Merritt.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the white copy for
your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed envelope.
