Per your request, I am enclosing the consent forms signed by the owners of lots 137 and 136 showing the change in our proposed bulkhead. After talking with Capt. Hart, who owns lot 137, I found out that he really does not want a boat ramp. He only wants a four -foot gap between the two bulkheads, with marl on the area in the middle and back up a few feet from bulkhead. There would not be anything added toward the river closer than the bulkhead. I have modified the drawings to reflect this. Of course, if you have any questions, please give me a call.
