This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Attached is General Permit #C-22329 to construct a 5' X 230' pier with a 8' X 24' "T", and a 13' X 13'
boatlift on your property located off the north side of Fort Macon Road, in the Town of Atlantic Beach.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the white copy for
your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed envelope.

Here is the sketch you requested on my project on the north side of Ft. Macon Rd. in Atlantic
Beach.
When I got out there with the dock builder (Robbie Webb) I decided it would be better to turn
the end so as to create a "T" rather than just have the last 24 feet wider and floating. Please note
this change on the sketch.
The end of the dock will be staked by Monday (May 17'h) morning.

You will recall I asked about permission to rebuild a deteriorating pier running from Oceanana
property on the north side of Fort Macon Road northwardly approximately two hundred feet.
Enclosed please find letters from my two adjoining property owners, Waterside Family Restaurant
and Anchorage Marina, saying that these property owners have no objection.

I understand that you intend to rebuild/repair/replace that old pier located on the Oceanana
property on the north side of Fort Macon Rd. opposite the Oceanana Motel and Fishing Pier
property proper; and lying between my Waterside Restaurant property and that of the Anchorage
Marina; and running northwardly approximately 200-250 feet and including two to four boat slips
and boat lifts out there for the personal use of your family and friends and yourself.
Please be advised that I have no objections to your proposed project whatsoever. I wish you the
best of luck.
