CON24ENT S:
Please find attached the adjacent riparian property owner statement to be completed by the
property owner seeking authorization from Coastal Management (i.e. a permit) and then signed by
eas.h adjacent property owner, Typically the pr1L4perty owner fills out the top information,
describes the proposed project using a drawing in the nuddie section, and then makes two copies
(one for each neighbor to sign),
The two permits Mr. Tyndall issued to you and ILL•. Hearn (August 1998) were for the
replacement of existing bulkhead walls not rock rip rap. Therefore, you, Mr. Hearn, and Mr.
Bridgewater will have to obtain adjacent property owner signatures as discussed above. For
example, Mr, rearm and Mr. Bridgewater would sign off on your project because they own the
lots on either side of your property_ If rock was previously in front of the bulkhead wall and was
damaged by Hurricane Bonnie then the permit fee is waived. However, if this is the first time
rock will be placed waterward of the bulkhead wall then the permit fee is $50
Please let me knew if you have questions. My phone number is listed Above. l will be in Pamlico
County tomorrow and plan to visit all three lots on Salter Drive.

each adjacent property owner. Typically the property owner fills out the top information,
describes the proposed project using a drawing in the middle section, and then makes two copies
