Hearn (August 1998) were for the replacement of existing bulkhead walls not rock rip rap. Therefore, you, Mr. Hearn, and Mr. Bridgewater will have to obtain adjacent property owner signatures as discussed above. For example, Mr, rearm and Mr. Bridgewater would sign off on your project because they own the lots on either side of your property_ If rock was previously in front of the bulkhead wall and was damaged by Hurricane Bonnie then the permit fee is waived. However, if this is the first time rock will be placed waterward of the bulkhead wall then the permit fee is $50 Please let me knew if you have questions. My phone number is listed Above. l will be in Pamlico County tomorrow and plan to visit all three lots on Salter Drive.
