This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that
this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.

Coral Bay Marina is under new ownership. You may have noticed the facelifts
we have been working on to improve the general appearance of our facility. Our next
plan is to dredge along the bulkheads and install new floating docks. The new floating
docks will be manufactured of the highest quality materials and will not increase the
number of slips available.
We are required to have the initial plans approved by the surrounding land owners
prior to receiving the necessary permits. All dredging spoils will be disposed of in
accordance with all federal, state and local coastal management rules and regulations.
Please provide your name, address and signature at the bottom of this letter to indicate
your approval of our improvements. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
