The conditions you wanted placed on the development were to disallow any use that would impair view above Yin DONNA D. Subsequently, the Division has issued a CAMA Permit for the proposed action, and we are providing a copy of this permit to you for your information. I signed the request for a platform on the Brown's property. I did not "object" ( your words ) to their request in any way. I merely stated that I would not agree to any structures, such as shelters, that would obstruct the view. Please correct your records to note that I am in complete agreement with their request.
