ADJACENT RIPARIAN PROPERTY WINER STATEMENT
We, Raymond F. Sate and Dorm Saxe, owners of property adjacent to George and Lee
Beere's property located at Lot 13, Royal Place, 251 Creek Road, Adam's Creek, Carteret
County have no objection to the proposed new structures, shown on the attached drawing, East
of the existing dock. These new structures will not eneroarh on our riparian rights and it appears
that no waiver of our riparian rights is necessary.
