You have indicated that your intention is to replace the project to its same dimensions, and configuration. Aerial photos from 1995 confirm the project as you depict. Since the damage suffered by the structure is less than 50 % of the value of the structure, you are authorized by this letter to rebuild the pier. Please note that this authorization is only applicable for the structure to be repaired to exact pre -storm dimensions and configuration. Please contact your local government for any other requirements.
