above is hereby certified as exempt from the CAMA permit re-
quirement pursuant to 15 NCAC 7K .0203. This exemption to
CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of
your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization.

This permit, issued on January 7,_ -1987 is subject to compliance with the application and site drawing
(where consistent with the permit), all applicable regulations and special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these
terms may subject permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
OFFICER'S COMENT S ON DISPOSITION OR COND I T I'TONS OF GRANT
The construction of a residence requires a building permit.
All impervious surfaces; the structure, decks, paved driveways, etc.
shall not exceed more than 30 percent of the total lot area.
No grading or fill material will be allowed to wash into the marshland
or wetland vegetation. If this action should accure a silt screen
must be installed.
- No marshland or wetland vegetation can be destroyed.
- The pier construction must meet the 13 requirements set forth in the
CAMA regulations for private pier exemptions.
This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this
permit must cease until the appeal is resolved.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered
under this permit require further written permit approval.
All work must cease when this permit expires on
December 31. 1990
In issuing this permit it is agreed that this project is consis-
tent=witir-- Temiacal-Land Use Plan and all applicable ordinances: -
This permit may not be transferred to another party without
the written approval of the Division of Coastal Management.
