All impervious surfaces; the structure, decks, paved driveways, etc. shall not exceed more than 30 percent of the total lot area. No grading or fill material will be allowed to wash into the marshland or wetland vegetation. If this action should accure a silt screen must be installed. - No marshland or wetland vegetation can be destroyed. - The pier construction must meet the 13 requirements set forth in the CAMA regulations for private pier exemptions. This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. From the date of an appeal, any work conducted under this permit must cease until the appeal is resolved. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modifications not covered under this permit require further written permit approval.
