Sullivan's property (hereafter "Sullivan' property) located at Lot# 3, Janerio Park Section 2, Township 5 on the Neuse River, in Pamlico County, North Carolina. The Applicant has described to us, as shown below, the development proposed at the above location. We understand that any construction. excluding bulkheads, must be set back a minimum of fifteen feet (1 5') from our area of riparian access unless waived by us. We have no objection to the project as proposed below and do wish to waive the (1 5') set back requirement. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED DEVELOPIVIENT: That ground cloth (to stop erosion) and rock facing be used to bring to level the remaining portion of Mr. Sullivan's property facing the canal from the newly -installed vinyl bulkhead to the beginning of our property; and that that area be levelled by filling it with top soil.
