Anyway, attached is a copy of the dock permit you signed for us (back in 95 I think). Last week we escorted a CAMA inspector to the property in an effort to obtain a permit, and he suggested we also bulkhead the property at the same time. as the dock is constructed (in two years, we've lost several trees and about 4' of property due to storms, etc.). So, we would like your permission to amend the "Adjacent Riparian Property Owner State- ment" to include bulkhead. Our intentions are to use "rip -rap," as your neighbor on the other side of your property did. The CAMA inspector said that all that is necessary is to initial near the circled "bulkhead." (The circle only appears on this computer -generated fax and will not appear on the original document until/if you approve it..)
