The proposed project to be located and constructed as described
above is hereby certified as exempt from the CAMA permit re-
quirement pursuant to 15 NCAC 7K .0203. This exemption to
CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of
your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Following expiration,
a re-examination of the project and proiOct site may be necessary
to continue Phis certification.

Any person who proceeds with a development without the con-
sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the
development is exempto+, will bs in viotation of the CAMA if there
is a subsequent detsrmination that a permit was required for the

This is to confirm our finding of the conversation between David Joyce and Ted

In :refer me to the approved request for the addition of an Wagon shaped deck on the
pier at Waters Edge R V Park, we would like approval to change the deck to rectangle
shape with dimensions of 10 x 16 - This will be an increase of 46 sq. feet over the
orig 3► approved 210 sq, feet.
