This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization. This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to continue this certification. SKETCH (SCALE: ) 1 f/' Any person who proceeds with a development without the con- sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the development. Mr. Charles Rechtenbach listed above owns lot 29 on Dory Court - Cherry Branch West - Havelock, N.C. adjacent my lot 30 on Dory Court - Cherry Branch West - Havelock, N.C.. Before my property was "temporarily" deeded to Neuse Builders for the purpose of constructing a house, I had made a verbal agreement with Mr. Rechtenbach giving him and his contractors permission to traverse my property to access the waterfront area of his property for the purpose of building a water front bulkhead. It is imperative that construction of the water front bulkhead on lot 29 begin immediately before adverse weather exacerbates erosion conditions presently affecting both lots 29 and 30 on the waterfront. 2. So that Mr. Ronnie Chadwick of Chadwick Construction Company may obtain a county permit to proceed with construction, I again grant Mr. Rechtenbach and his specific contractor, Chadwick Construction Company, and any other contractors or sub contractors which may be required, permission to traverse lot 30 to access lot 29 at Dory Court - Cherry Branch West - Havelock, N.C..
