Attached is General Permit #C-16198 to add 6 mooring pilings to cat walk 40'L x 3'W,
no more than 4 boat slips allowed, Pilings must not be any further waterward that existing "L"
in Carteret County, off Steel Tank Road, AIWW, in Beaufort.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the
white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed, self-
addressed envelope.
