quirement pursuant to 15 NCAC 7K .0203. This exemption to
CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of
your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization.

is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the

Attached is CAMA General Permit #016946-C authorizing the construction of a 160' X
5' pier with a 5' X 40' "U shaped platform and for the construction of 109' of bulkhead on
your property adjacent Clubfoot Creek, in the Moorings Subdivision, in Craven County. In
addition, you had mentioned that you may want to construct a 25' wooden groin on the property.
If you wish to do so, please contact me and I can modify this permit as long as it remains active.
I have also attached a copy of the pertinent regulations for your review. If you would,
please sign the permit at you earliest convenience, retain the white copy for your files, and
return the other two copies to this office in the enclosed envelope. If you have any questions,
