The walkway from the land runs to the pier proper to the right end, rather than the left end. Note that I have marked that variance on the returned copies. The walkway has been that way for many years. I am assuming that the land side is on the bottom of your diagram. If I do not hear from you further, I will assume we may proceed with replacing our pier as it was, if the weather will cooperate and the water will warm up a bit.
