Dear Mr. Turner:
I have talked with Marcia Lyons concerning your recent meeting at the Hatteras Ferry South
Dock. I am satisfied that an appropriate "construction limit" has been established for the project.
The proposed haul road has been flagged and consists of a 15' wide line bordered on the south by
the existing bulkhead and on the north by pilings anchoring the cable tie -downs. The entrance to
the haul road was specifically marked to reduce impacts to vegetation.
