The activity you proposed is exempt from reeding a minor development permit as long as it meets the conditions specified below. The pier shall not extend beyond the established pier length along the same shoreline for similar use and in no case extend more than one-third of the width of the water body and shall not interfere with shell fish franchises or I leases.
