Any person who proceeds with a development without the con-

Dear Mr. Pigott:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation, enclosed please find an
aerial photograph taken from the Craven County Tax Office showing
the pier as constructed at the New Bern Towerousing Complex at
1125 Walt Bellamy Drive in New Bern, North Carolina -,,This pier was
damaged during the recent hurricanes and the damaged portions or
the pier are scheduled to be replaced. The reconstructed pier is
proposed to be the same size and length as the original pier.
Enclosed for your reference is a copy of the project plans
documenting the extent of pier demolition and reconstruction. The
following is a listing of project data:
