Drawer A Morehead City, NC 28557-5301 (919) 726-6862 July 18, 1996 NC Department of Knvironment,Health and Natural Resources 3411 Arendell Street Morehead City, NC 28557 Dear Sir, Hurricane Bertha caused some minimal damage to the structures at the Morehead City Yacht Basin. On the east dock one finger pier piling was snapped in two and the pier damaged. On the west dock, one piling supporting the dock was broken and one finger pier was pushed sideways. Attached are two sketches showing the area of proposed repair to return the Yacht Basin to pre hurricane status. Sincerely-, Paul C. Kerwin
