This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

My wife Vicki and 1 plan to build a bulkhead acrom our property, Lot 35, South Spooaer's Dr..
which is adjacent to your yacht harbor. To do this we need a current C.A.M.A,. a permit. Before
the pern it can be iasuod. C.A.M.A. requires that we notify our riparian neighbors and provide
them the opportunity to comment. We intend to tie in our bulkhead with the bulkhead on Lot 8
(currently being constructed) and run it cast to tie ime the ooncrete bulkhead that fortes the west
boundary of spoanees Creak Yacht Harbor.
After receipt of this letter, you have 10 days to respond back to the Division of Coastal
Management (C.A.M.A.), Heston Plaza 02, 151B, Highway 24, Morehead City, NC 28557.
919-808-2808, with any objections, If C.A.M.A_ does not hear from you wittun 10 days, they
will assume you have no objections. if there, are no objections, please sigh and date the statement
below and return it to me by FAX [phone])_
