This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bartlett:
My wife and I are purchasing the above referenced parcel of property, which is adjacent to
the property you own. On the reverse side of this letter is a copy of the plat with the subject
property highlighted for your easy reference.
We are in the process of obtaining permits from C.A.M.A. (Coastal Area Management
Agency) to bulkhead the waterfront adjacent to your property. C.A.M.A. has requested that I
obtain written approval from you regarding this matter. I have therefore enclosed the original and
one copy of this letter which contains a space for you to state whether you approve or object to
our bulkheading this property. Please state your preference by putting an "V in the appropriate
blank and return the original signed letter to me in the self-addressed, stamped envelope which I
have enclosed for your convenience. You may retain the copy for your records.
